A short walk today up the Bin of Cullen; a nice Sub2000ft Marilyn providing great views along the Moray Coast and across the Moray Firth. We parked at and set off from the track starting near Braidbog. This was Cuillin’s second Marilyn.

We followed the good track all the way to the summit. There is now a gate at the start of the track.

Looking back at our first ascent of the Bin of Cullen reminded me of how quickly Becky is growing up. Tempus Fugit!

At the summit Becky asked if I would like my photo taken with Cuillin. This is Becky’s first photo using a DSLR.

We returned to the car via the same route. A superb short walk .

Four days subsequent to my walk up Bin of Cullen, with Becky and Cuillin, I set off back up Bin of Cullen again this time setting off in the dark at midnight with a view to seeing some aurora (as suggested by Stargazing Live programme). There was no aurora however it was still an enjoyable walk in the dark with good views down to Buckie and Cullen.
